They had been through a recent target persona adjustment and wanted their End-of-year gifting to assure new clients and solidify the trust they’d built. But how to be high class on a limited budget? Their services are tailored to suit, so they felt an off-the-shelf gift wouldn’t reflect that.
It had to be custom.
Solution:
We pinched on branded packaging so that we could splurge on an artisan Aussie whiskey, tying it all together with on-brand colours and familiar faces on a card.
Incra know that different investments have different ROI, so they had 2 versions of the same hamper to suit different recipients.
The 2nd tier had a crystal tumbler (sampled for quality assurance purposes, hic!), because whether your client sits at a Mahogany or veneer desk, they’ll be sipping with contentment when they use the branded leather coaster.
