Every October and November, we hear the same thing.

Sometimes that's true. But sometimes, with the right client and a team that's willing to move quickly, there's still time to create something memorable.
That was exactly the situation when Nexdor Systems approached us.
The Challenge
Nexdor Systems designs and supplies premium fire, smoke and acoustic door systems for the commercial construction industry. At the end of 2025, they wanted to thank 25 of their valued clients with gifts that reflected the quality of their own business.
There were just a few challenges:
- They had around a month before the gifts needed to ship
- Their budget was $6,500
- They wanted something better than the generic food hampers they'd sent in previous years, but they weren't quite sure what that looked like
Like many businesses, previous gifting had centred around standard hampers or inexpensive branded merchandise. Appreciated? Maybe. Did they leave a lasting impression? Umm...not likely.
After browsing through some of our case studies, one project stood out above the rest—the Raptor gifts of 2024. What did they love about this one gift in particular?

The Solution
With such a tight timeline, collaboration was everything.
Nexdor was responsive, made swift decisions and provided clear feedback and within two weeks we had final approvals for the branded goodies signed off and heading our way!
A beer and snacks theme, with a Nexdor twist was created, including:
- A branded high quality cooler bag
- A branded Yeti Rambler tumbler
- Carefully selected craft beer
- Gourmet snacks in Nexdor's signature orange and navy colour palette

For five VIP clients, the experience was elevated with an upgraded Yeti Cooler - creating a premium tier without changing the overall look and feel of the collection.
Custom swing tags tied with vibrant orange ribbon created a presentation that felt polished from the moment the box was opened.
The result was a gift that looked unmistakably like Nexdor.

Flexible Delivery
Some client relationships deserve to be celebrated in person.
We coordinated the project so a selection of gifts could be delivered to Nexdor's office for hand delivery, while the remaining gifts were individually packed and shipped directly to recipients around Australia.
A seamless delivery, within a tight turnaround.
The Takeaway
One of the biggest myths we hear is that great corporate gifts need months of planning.
Planning early certainly gives us more options, but this project proves thoughtful, premium gifting is still possible even when time isn't on your side.
Most importantly, Nexdor moved away from gifts that were quickly forgotten and towards something that reflected the quality of their business.
