When you’ve already given your clients great gifts before, how do you make the next one feel fresh?
Returning client Incra Group came to us again for their 2025 end-of-year client gifting.
They have a great sense of style, know their audience well and, importantly, are willing to collaborate on the strategy behind the gift. No generic products in a box here!
The goal was to create something that felt distinctly Incra, would make an impact when it arrived, and gave their clients something they would genuinely enjoy over the summer break with their families.
The solution: steak night, sorted.
Together, we landed on a simple idea: everything you need to seriously level up your next steak.
We sourced a collection of Australian products including Red Gum BBQ sauces and beef rub, Killer Crispy Chilli Oil, smoked salt and olive oil, with beer or wine.
But then we leveled it up. Instead of a generic 'thank you for a great year' card, the Incra Team supplied one of their favourite steak recipes, which we incorporated into a custom-designed recipe card.
Suddenly, it wasn't just a box of sauces, seasonings and drinks...it was an invitation to cook a seriously good steak over the summer break — straight from the Incra team.
Creating the first impression
The next consideration was the packaging. We kept it deliberately clean and understated. A black gift box with a classy branded label and the custom card featuring a photo of the Incra team, a personal thank-you and the steak recipe.
It gave the gift personality without plastering Incra branding across every product — and made the experience feel considered as soon as it arrived!
The outcome
And this one got people talking, with recipients taking the time to email their thanks:
