Client Loyalty EOY Gifting

Interior designers spend their days thinking about the little things.

The texture of a fabric.

The warmth of a timber finish.

The way a space makes you feel before you even notice the details.

So when Sensa Interiors approached us to create their end-of-year client gifts, we knew one thing from the outset...

This was going to be no ordinary project!

The Brief

Having never invested in custom gifting before, Sensa wanted to level-up their 2025 end of year gift.  They especially wanted to elevate the gift presentation in a way that matched their high-end brand.

From ideation, to hand delivering each gift...to the presentation of each item inside the box...the whole experience was to be about sophistication.

Designing the Experience

Rather than filling a large hamper with lots of products, we focused on creating a beautifully curated collection of fewer, premium pieces that specifically appealed to the audience.

Everything was housed inside a sleek black magnetic gift box, finished with the Sensa Interiors logo for a subtle, understated first impression.

Inside, every item had its place.

The hero of the gift was a stunning oil diffuser from Victorian maker Studio McKenna—a gold vessel paired with a natural pumice stone that slowly diffuses fragrance as essential oil is added. It was unlike anything you'd normally find in a corporate gift and perfectly reflected Sensa's appreciation for thoughtful design.

To complement the diffuser, we paired it with a premium gin and a carefully selected range of artisan treats.

The colour palette almost designed itself - deep emerald greens, rich burgandy and natural kraft packaging nestled into black shred inside a branded black gift box.  Refined.  Elegant.

Collaboration Every Step of the Way

As with any project involving multiple stakeholders, approvals were an important part of the process.  Curated mood boards, product photography and layout concepts allowed invested parties to have input before fulfilment took place.

A couple of supplier challenges in the final week meant we pivoted quickly to maintain the quality and the aesthetic we'd carefully curated.  End result: all gifts were on Sensa's doorstep on time for hand delivery to their clients.

The Takeaway

Luxury isn't always about the biggest gift in the room!  It's about thoughtful curation and leveled-up presentation.

In the words of Jaseer, Sensa's Marketing Manager "it looked very elegant and on brand."

For Sensa Interiors, their first venture into custom corporate gifting wasn't just about saying thank you.  It was another opportunity to express the quality, care and attention to detail that defines their brand.
